Weight loss issue : To have satisfied meal one should have eating protein habit to maintain weight loss. Adding protein to you food will benefit to build lean muscle mass and also known as block building. Having high protein diet can help your hunger which will lead to lose weight. It is recommend to add more protein to your regular diet.

Adding to this one should take protein gradually to boost your body and avoid taking protein in large quantity. To have great body one should have a well balance diet.

Protein becomes one of the best nutrient along with other nutrients which is required by the body. Below, I have brought you list of rich in protein foods which helps you to lose weight as well as providing muscle strength and energy.

 

1. Spinach

Spinach having vitamin A and C becomes great source of protein, healthy heart folate and antioxidants. Eating regular green will help reduce weight and also boost your health.

2. Broccoli

Broccoli is best source of vitamin B1 and excellent source of protein. It is also known the Broccoli has omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium which helps in weight loss in one way or other.

3. Chickpeas

Chickpeas are excellent sources of protein with high fiber content which keeps you full for longer and help you to lose weight.

4. Eggs

Eggs are almost remains as best source of protein and rich in vitamin B12 and selenium. Egg yolk has known to have protein then any vegetable.

5. Cottage cheese

Alternate to chicken’s protein, cottage cheese becomes vegetarian’s paradise and also known for highly rich protein source.

6. Lentils

Lentils has very less calories but rich in magnesium and iron. Excellent source of fiber and protein.

7. Peas

Green peas in a cup contains eight times more protein compared to same quantity of spinach. Highly advised to use them in curries, salads and soups.

8. Chicken

Protein source is best when it comes to chicken even when it is roasted or grilled but not when fried.

9. Grains

Protein and fiber are packed in grains like oats, quinoa and barley which keeps you full for long time.

10. Yogurt

Nutrients like protein in yogurt ( Probiotics ) are high and good bacteria helps in metabolism, Besides helping to lose weight.

11. Chia seeds

Chia seeds are yummy and adds texture to food and are packed with high protein. So add to your salads and smoothies.

12. Almonds

Almonds helps to lose weight with high protein in it. To lose weight it is recommend to eat almonds with nuts.
